Hi! I am Blake Hays! I am originally from Georgia, home of some of the juiciest peaches and delicious Brunswick stew. When I was 13 years old my parents took me to my first all inclusive in Cancun, Mexico. From that point on I have been hooked on travel and the lure of something new and exciting. I have sailed away on many international cruises, chilled at many all inclusive resorts, relaxed at too many condos, hotels, vacation rentals.

For the past 7 years my family and I have been traveling fulltime all over North America. As we travel we are always looking for the hidden gems that make memories that are unique, unforgettable, and real. Some of our travels have taken us from months spent immersing ourselves in the genuine culture, beautiful beaches, and amazing food of Baja, Mexico, to watching the first sunrise from the top of Cadillac Mountain in Maine, and through many of the preserved national parks in between.

I started Travelfied because travel has shaped my life in the best ways. Over the years, I’ve built long lasting connections, discovered local favorites, and picked up the kind of insider tips you only get from emerging in the life of travel. I have over 20 years in customer service and to say that I enjoy travel is an understatement. I have literally spent most of my life traveling and helping people wherever my adventures have landed me.
